The Mercedes-Benz Classic Center brought a 1923 Mercedes 28/95 that was almost completely original. They actually drove it to the event even though the brakes are cable actuated and it’s worth $1,200,000!

Adam and I went to El Toro AFB yesterday to drive $133,000 SL63, C63, & brand new E63 AMGs that didn’t belong to us. We took four laps of 525hp craziness before they decided we had had enough and it was time to give someone who actually had $133,000 a turn.

The Glendora School Board election was a total success. Chuck Gomer, Mike Gautreau, and Denice Delgado were re-elected by a wide margin, successfully keeping über-conservative right wing nut job, Linda Boyd, out of office.

Adam and I set up the mad scientist laboratory, complete with flame belching experiments. We also made old-timey specimen jars, just for the hell of it. Meanwhile, Tom was busy haunting our graveyard in his ghillie suit. Another good Hallowe’en.
